Recommended Brewing (Gaiwan Style)
- Teaware: Gaiwan (100–120 ml)
- Tea Amount: 7g
- Water Temp: 100°C (boiling)

- Quickly rinse the tea once (pour in and out immediately).
- Infuse with boiling water using high pour. Steep 5–10s for first 3 brews, gradually increase time afterward.
- Pour into small cups, fill 70% full each time.
