Each tea brick is handmade in Fuding using traditional sun-dried white tea techniques. Convenient for office use, one cube per brew.

Tasting Notes
This aged Shoumei brews to a deep golden yellow liquor with a thick, smooth body and long-lasting sweet aftertaste. The leaf bottom is thick, oily, and evenly reddish-brown, a sign of slow aging under optimal conditions.

Brewing Instructions
Gaiwan Method (Recommended)
Teaware: Gaiwan
Tea Amount: 1 brick
Water Volume: 120ml
Water Temp: 100°C
- Warm the Gaiwan: Fill 1/3 with hot water, swirl, then discard.
- Rinse the Tea: Add 1 cube, pour water, and immediately pour out.

Steep: Pour boiling water gently over the cube and let steep:
- Infusions 1–3: 3–5 seconds
- Infusions 4–6: 10 seconds
- Later brews: Increase steep time as needed
- Serve: Pour into small cups. Fill each to 70% full for best enjoyment.
