Harvest & Origin
This tea is handpicked during early spring 2025 from ancient tea trees on Xitou Mountain, Zhejiang, where the cool climate and high altitude produce tender, aromatic buds. Minimal intervention preserves the wild vitality of each leaf.
Processing Technique
The tea is crafted through five meticulous steps: hand-picking, withering, kill-green (enzymatic deactivation), roasting, and shaping. This process locks in aroma and creates the iconic flat leaf shape.
How to Brew
Fill 1/3 with 85°C water, swirl gently and discard.
Use 3g of tea in a 300ml glass, ready for steeping.
Pour water high to awaken aroma, let steep briefly.
Start sipping after 30s, refill once 1/3 remains.
