Return window
Tealibere offers a 7-day return window after delivery for eligible items. Please contact service@tealibere.com before sending an item back so we can confirm eligibility and return instructions.
Eligible return condition
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, with tags if applicable, and in its original packaging.
Free returns
Eligible returns have no restocking fee. Tealibere will provide return instructions and cover the standard return shipping method for eligible returns after the return is approved.
Non-returnable items
Custom or personalized items, digital products, final-sale items, used tea, opened consumable tea products, and items damaged through misuse are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order after delivery and contact us within 7 days if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Include your order number and photos so we can evaluate the issue.
Handmade variation
Handmade Yixing, Jian Zhan, porcelain, and ceramic pieces can vary slightly in glaze, texture, shape, and firing marks. These small handmade differences are normal and are not considered defects.
Refund timing
After we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.
Customs and duties
Import duties, customs fees, and local taxes charged by the destination country are not refundable unless required by applicable law.
