What to include in your message

- Checking a flowering tea gift: include the pack option and any ingredient, packaging, or preparation detail you need confirmed before ordering.
- An existing order: include the order number, the email used at checkout, and a short description of the issue.
- Product care: include the item link or order number and explain how it has been used or cleaned.
- An article correction: include the page link and the sentence or product detail you want us to check.
Do not send full payment-card details, banking information, or account passwords.
