Chinese black tea (hong cha) is fully oxidized, giving a sweet, malty cup without the bitterness of many Western breakfast blends. This collection brings together Tongmu and Meizhan Jin Jun Mei, Lapsang Souchong (Zheng Shan Xiao Zhong), Tanyang Gongfu, Mao Feng and Jin Luo black teas.
