How to Brew
- Teaware: Porcelain gaiwan or glass cup
- Tea Amount: 5g
- Water Volume: 120ml
- Water Temp: 90–92°C / 195–198°F
- Steps:
- ① Warm the teaware by pouring hot water and discarding
- ② Add tea leaves and pour hot water over gently
- ③ First 1–3 infusions: flash brew (~3–5 seconds)
- ④ From the 4th infusion onward, increase steep time gradually
