Return window

Tealibere offers a 14-day return window after delivery for eligible items. Please contact service@tealibere.com before sending an item back so we can confirm eligibility and return instructions.

Eligible return condition

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, with tags if applicable, and in its original packaging.

Return shipping costs

Damaged, defective or incorrect items: if an item arrives damaged in transit, has a quality defect, or is not what you ordered, Tealibere covers the return shipping cost. Please contact us first with your order number and photos.

Change of mind: if you simply no longer want an item, you can return it within the return window, but the return shipping cost is paid by the customer. We will send you the return address and instructions after we approve the return. There is no restocking fee.

Non-returnable items

Custom or personalized items, digital products, final-sale items, used tea, opened consumable tea products, and items damaged through misuse are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order after delivery and contact us within 14 days of delivery if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Include your order number and photos so we can evaluate the issue.

Natural variation

Ceramic, porcelain, clay and glazed pieces can vary slightly in glaze color, texture, shape and firing marks from piece to piece and from the product photos. These small differences are normal and are not considered defects.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you want a different item, request a return for the original item and place a new order after the return is approved.

Refund timing

After we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are processed within 14 days to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.

Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits statutory consumer rights that apply in your country of residence, including any legal right of withdrawal for online purchases.

Customs and duties

Import duties, customs fees, and local taxes charged by the destination country are not refundable unless required by applicable law.
