Utensil: Gaiwan
Tea Amount: 3–5g
Water Volume: 120ml
Water Temperature: 90°C

Warm Cup: Pour 1/3 hot water, swirl, and discard.
Rinse Leaves: Pour hot water over leaves, quick rinse and discard.
Infuse: Slowly pour water along the side, let steep 3s, then pour. Extend steeping time gradually with each infusion.
Drink: Let the tea cool slightly for optimal taste and aroma.
