Brewing Instructions

Gaiwan Method (Recommended)

Teaware: Gaiwan
Tea Amount: 1 brick
Water Volume: 120ml
Water Temp: 100°C

Warm the Gaiwan: Fill 1/3 with hot water, swirl, then discard.
Rinse the Tea: Add 1 cube, pour water, and immediately pour out.
Steep: Pour boiling water gently over the cube and let steep:
- Infusions 1–3: 3–5 seconds
- Infusions 4–6: 10 seconds
- Later brews: Increase steep time as needed
Serve: Pour into small cups. Fill each to 70% full for best enjoyment.
