How to Brew
- Teaware: Gaiwan or porcelain cup
- Tea Amount: 6g
- Water Volume: 120ml
- Water Temperature: 85–90°C / 185–194°F
- Steps:
- ① Pre-warm the gaiwan by pouring in hot water and discarding it
- ② Add 6g of tea
- ③ Rinse quickly (3–5s) and discard the first infusion
- ④ Steep for 10–15s for the first brew, adding 5–10s for each subsequent infusion
- ⑤ Pour into fairness cup and enjoy in small sips
