Glass Fairness Cup – Gong Dao Bei is a 400 ml borosilicate glass serving pitcher. Pour the full infusion from a gaiwan or teapot into it before dividing the tea between cups, so each cup receives a more even concentration.

Choose this size when you want a serving pitcher with a larger listed capacity than the 300 ml Tree Ripple. Match it to the amount your brewer actually pours, with room below the rim for handling. Listed capacity is not a promise that 400 ml is a comfortable working fill.

Use it to serve an even infusion

1. Prepare the tea in your gaiwan or teapot.
2. Decant the infusion completely into the pitcher when the tea is ready.
3. Serve the cups from the pitcher, then prepare the next infusion in the brewer.

The clear glass lets you see the liquor while serving oolong, Pu-erh, white tea, black tea, or green tea. Rinse tea residue after use and allow the pitcher to dry before storage.
