How the infuser pitcher works

Put the leaves in the inner basket, pour in hot water and let it steep. Lift the basket out when the tea is as strong as you like, then pour from the pitcher into the cups. Taking the leaves out stops the tea from over-steeping, which is useful when you brew a larger pot to share. Turn the porcelain lid upside down and it becomes a rest for the wet infuser.
